Newland Assoc: Brilliant Advice & Training Predictive Index: Fantastic Tool If you want a great tool for leadership development, succession planning, coaching and team building, look no further! As Director of Talent Development at Club Med I started working with Newland Assoc. in 2018 on some of our leadership development challenges. Robert Newland suggested adopting the Predictive Index (PI) assessment tool, and we used it on a select population with very promising results... our target population (future general mgrs) yield to promotion rose form under 50% to 80% that year, due to the coaching and developmental incites gained through the PI. In 2019 we decided to expand PI to the entirety of our leadership development population. I personally completed the 2-day PI Practitioner training with Newland to get a deeper, fuller understanding of the PI tools. What a great decision! The training experience was fantastic, and post-training I had the skill set to leverage greater value than before from the PI, over a large (200+) population of high potentials. Kudos to Robert Newland and his team - with their help, our L&D department for the Americas achieved record results in 2019 and became a real influencer for the other three regional business units of our global company.
