If you think you have eaten at the best Brazilian steakhouse before eating here, you are sorely mistaken. I went here recently for a business meeting, I understand it's a unique choice, but I cannot describe enough the quality of food and service that we received. It was like we ain't here every week for the last year with how nice and attentive everyone was to us. You would think I was actually someone important! My colleague thought I was a king for bringing him to this establishment. Truly one of the best dining experiences I have had in months, Lasso Gaucho I did itself with each passing moment. Starting with the salad bar and soup, we were stunned at the freshness and quality of each individual dish. The flavors were masterfully balanced and the selection was extraordinary. And that's before they even started stuffing us full of meat! I cannot describe to you how perfectly seasoned each individual cut was, or how you can taste the amazing quality of each piece they provide. The experience was satisfying, truly enjoyable, and left you wanting more no matter how full you were. I cannot wait to bring my family and everyone else that I know back to this place. Run, don't walk, to eat your next meal here.

My first time at Lasso Gaucho yesterday, and Can't find enough words to describe how wonderful this place is! I went to watch a friend play music there, have some Drinks, and ended the night with a awesome meal! 1st, it is a very classy place, wonderful decor, great place to take a date. The Customer Service is outstanding. If your a Lover of Meats, a "Carnivore" this is the place to be. They have a very unique Salad Bar also. I recommend it to anyone. Definitely will be back.
