Bank of America (with Drive-thru ATM)

ATM took my Cash Deposit and did not post it simply counted it then glitched back to main screen I really do sympathize with Companies that dont have better technology or do things differently..this same situation has happened to me before in different banks and the bank manager has always been able to review and fix the problem on the spot ,at this particular branch I was helped immediately by a guy named Juan and spoke with the Manager named Julson I was amazed to find out that the location was there open for 53yrs Ive been with BofA going on 12 yrs if BofA does not have the Ability to give their Managers the power to fix these things that shouldnt even be happening then the Bank doesnt need to be open I have never asked BofA for anything and if this matter takes 2-14 days or whatever I will be Finally done with BofA..the associate Juan Was Very Fast in assisting in the matter and The manager Julson was very Informative. If you can avoid This Bank

I wish I could leave zero stars. Rude, racist, and condescending employees. Yall would never be so bold outside of that sheltered office space. Maria Vega had such a disgusting attitude and demeanor as well as her manager. Wish I got his name but hes taller, balding, white, and old. Maria Vega could use some peoples skills just like her manager. Gross individuals. No wonder this bank has such horrible reviews with people like them working there. Gross.
