        Based on reviews, I expected horrible service at this branch. I was pleasantly surprised! I had four patrons in front of me in line, but the line moved very quickly -- even though it was towards the end of lunch time! A manager came out to help if any of the customers only needed make a check deposit, which assisted the gentleman behind me. The teller that assisted me was very kind, courteous, and even complimented my shirt! When I left, the line was gone and no one was waiting. I would not hesitate to return to this branch when necessary.

        Second time here and they always have an excuse of why they cant notarize a document. They want you to wait an hour just to have a document notarized

        Ha! Can I give zero stars? Absolutely no customer service at this branch. The tellers are rude and have an attitude. Also when you call no one answers the phone. Perfect example of why I need to dump this bank

For Notary Services, our Financial Centers may not always have a notary on hand for impromptu visits and we would therefore recommend making an appointment at one of our Financial Center locations, which can be done via our Bank By Appointment page at http://go.bofa.com/bba, where you can specify the nature of your appointment being Notary Services under "Everyday Banking". At which point the location will be able to better ensure that a Notary will be available during that scheduled appointment. ^izzy
