Was about to head back to MD when the radiator went up on my truck. I called Wales on the recommendation of a another mechanic. Not being from the area I was a bit nervous dealing with someone unfamiliar. We've all heard the nightmare stories right? Anyway, had my truck towed to Wales and JR was there to meet me. It was closing time for them but he assured me he'd get to it first thing in the morning. When I called the next morning he thought it was something simple and was taking it for a test drive. If it checked out, I could come right over. Turns out it was a bit more than a simple fix. I needed a new radiator (YIKES)! When I heard that I assumed he'd need the truck for another day but he said if got the part before 2PM he'd do his best to get it done. Needless to say, he got it done... Long story a bit longer, JR was upfront with everything. I feel I was treated extremely well. When I picked up my vehicle they (Ben and JR) were helping a young woman with a mechanical problem that was improperly addressed at another garage. They could have very easily told her to take it back to the other garage but they could see her stress and helped her at no charge which they did not have to do. All in all, I had a great experience with Wales and would recommend them with confidence. Thanks again JR. The Armada is running great!

This place gives you honest answers regardless of how you feel about it. Ben is incredible and really knows basically everything about the auto industry. Fair prices, honest work. Highly recommend.

I rarely write reviews. But, the crew at Wales is incredible,
My daughters moved from PA > FL last year and I found this garage on google. Every visit they have been treated amazing and valued.
They do incredible work at a good price.
Use this garage w/o hesitation.
