Apparently the closest AAA associated shop near where I was is a locksmith who doesn't do jump starts.
I waited almost 4 hours for a jump start.
I'm still glad I had AAA service, but the wait was a little ridiculous for being in a busy area like Ft. Lauderdale.

Just called, today 4/3/21and tried to get the representative, who was a very crass man to help me, about getting my car unlocked. He rudely told me to call the 1800 number. All my belongings are locked in my car, if I could have, I would have. Was very rude, didn't offer any help and hung up on me. Very poor quality service do not bother calling them.

The good--it took a little extra time and effort to get car started, he was patient, got it done; but he took twice as long to arrive as he promised--40 minutes not 20. Make a more honest, accurate or realistic estimate. Stuck customers appreciate a real 40 rather than what just sounds better.
