I always get good help here -- but yesterday 3/20/2024 I went in to buy some fluids for my car about 1:20 in the afternoon, and the two gentlemen working were so nice and helpful. The first one saw me walking up across the parking lot and held the door open for me, even though I don't walk that fast. I bought Power Steering fluid and the gentleman asked if my car was a Honda, just to make sure I was buying the right one. Then on the way out the other gentleman asked me if I was okay putting the fluid in myself. It was just such a pleasant experience with such caring customer service and it made me go about the rest of my day with a smile.

Horrible experience here, the guy that DID NOT helped me said maam i dont know about parts, im not a mechanic well i dont expect you to be a mechanic going into the store, but at least be empathetic and friendly enough to do a computer search or ask a co- workers if im going into your store is cuz i need help, not sure why you hire people who are sooo nasty. But come prepared for bad customer service

Was on my way to a friends house until all the sudden a huge storm passed and i had to pull over immediately to buy new windshield wipers because mine were so bad i coulldnt see anything! Came across this advanced auto parts store and the two gentlemen there, Rob & Mohammed were so helpful! they were able to help me find the exact wipers i needed and even installed them for me. Phenomenal customer service! I would travel back to this location just to be able to deal with the kind gentlemen again. 5 stars is not even enough for this location! They break the scales with their kindness and work ethics.

Terrible customer service at this location. I originally went there to buy windshield wiper blades. I didnt know the proper size, so they looked them up and I purchased them. When I got home and put them on, they did NOT fit - No big deal, stuff happens. I went to another Advanced Auto Parts near where I work (Oakland Park) on my lunch break to return them, and come to find out, they (Davie Blvd location) rang them up wrong. They rang it up like I paid for them to order the windshield wiper blades, not that I actually purchased them. They told me they couldnt do anything, so Ill have to go back to the location on Davie Blvd. Today, I go back to the location on Davie Blvd, and there are 2 store associates there. One young guy is helping someone, and there was some type of language barrier so I understand him not addressing people; However, the older lady is just waking around behind the counter, not doing anything, not saying anything as a line starts piling up. Finally, someone asks if they can purchase their items, and she says the system is down and they cant do anything, they dont know when it will be back up. I understand the system going down, but to just have people standing in line and not tell them what is going on is ridiculous. You should at least tell customers this as theyre walking in if they cant checkout or you cant do refunds. There were other people that had been in their shopping, just to go checkout and be told they cant. It doesnt make sense. This store needs better customer service.
