I normally give good reviews...But after getting my car back..paying my insurance deductible and signing paperwork..which I had to do before getting keys..I check the outside of my car after getting the keys....then get in and drive literally 8 minutes before the car stalls out and all dash lights come on dashboard. I had to coast back into parking lot..my service advisor was eating his lunch..they had already had my car in their shop for over 2 weeks, so I just sat and waited. He comes out takes my keys and takes my car somewhere. Comes back after more than 20 minutes and tells me "His macanic added oil to my car" huh? Who told you you could do that?..and the oil was added to a super hot engine..In 114 degree weather ..You don't do that!! The car is shaking like a can of paint in a mixer! He then tells me "This has nothing to do with your car being repaired here at Classic" Umm..why did he feel the need to back peddle and tell me that? Why? because he knew what happened! I then go to my macanic..he runs codes and tells me my camshaft is blown! Omg! What?!! Classic is denying any wrong doing and now I have to save to get my car fixed, which is going to be very expensive when that was one of the whole reasons the car was at Classic in the first place..Wth is going on here! I'm very unhappy..this is unacceptable and I had to get a rental car and going to have to pay for that now until I can afford to get camshaft fixed. I still can't work because you can't use a rental car to do my job..it's not allowed.. I cannot believe that they did this!! Theybare denying any wrong doing! Wth? To add to all off this: it'now going on 4 weeks since I got my car back from them..my car is still sitting, not drivable and Classic has not contacted me to even try and help me. They are a partnered with State Farm.. and no one from Classic has offerd to fix anything on my car. !! I am shocked that a business owner such as Classic would do this, knowing that a Camshaft is a very expensive repair, that my car was in their shop when this happened and State Farm recommended them. Classic received payment from State Farm and myself yet my car is just sitting and won't run. They told me that camshafts just go bad all the time. Huh? Wait a minute! Engines just don't go bad while in a repair shop. Now what am I supposed to do? No car to drive, no income and not a word from them! Wow! Thanks Classic Collision! Never in all my years have I been treated like this. Horriable bussiness, and bussiness pratices!

In the beginning, we had some issues with the best part about it is that every business has some issues. The good thing about it was that classic collision worked with me in accommodated to my needs. I do recommend you give them a chance. If you have an issue, talk to the management and they will work with you as far as your needs. Thank you, classic collision.

I really appreciate how Classic Collision does customer care. After having extensive repair to the front end and the car looking like new, would you believe I had my front guard, which runs across the front of the car, mutilated again? It was hanging and dragging, and getting caught on every stanchion in every parking spot. While we talked about permanent repair, Diego had the his people devise a temporary hitch up and it was free of charge! No more hanging, dragging or getting caught!!! Thank you, Diego and team

To replace a back light they attempted to charge me a $120 diagnostic fee. Why would I need to pay that fee for a rear light replacement due to a crack. When I asked for a discount they refused. Staff said Manager stated "This is not a mom and pop." I left. Their attitude was that they could care less to not have my business. Three weeks prior I was there for another vehicle quoted $1700, when dropped off price increased to $2700. By that point I has a rental car and was super inconvenient to return the rental car and pick up my car. I feel this was switch and bait as I made no changes to my repair. They should have done a better job when quoting originally. Lastly, they charge 3% fee if you use a credit card and take no cash. I will never return or recommend. And I had been there before. Since they sold to new mgmt pricing has increased and service has declined.
