Classic Collision

I dropped my car off on Monday 7/24 for a fender bender and what should've been a 3-day job has now turned into an 8 or more days job. Communication had been poor, every contact made was becuz I called, sometimes the phone ringing for hours and no one answers. I know it's a game between insurance companies and collision repair shops but this ain't my first rodeo, in my opinion both could do better. Let's just say the experience has not been a good one, should've taken the car to my mechanic and been done with it, would've had it back in 2 days.

I wish I would have read reviews more closely before dropping my truck here. Literally the worst communication of any organization I have dealt with. Dropped the truck on June 26 for a rear bumper repair that the claim handler said should have taken 1.5-2 weeks max. Having never received one phone call directly from the staff or ore importantly, the claim handler, I kept calling each week for an update. Each time I called, repairs pushed out another couple of days. Since I had to leave town for a week, I informed them I would either need the truck back or have to coordinate with the insurance company to extend the rental another week and they informed me it would be ready by end of business Friday July 21. No phone calls anytime that day with any updates. Finally at 445pm they tell me that the truck will not be ready due to sensors not working which gave me no time to coordinate for extra rental days. After almost 5 weeks, the truck was finally ready and once I got home realized the jumper cables were missing from under the rear seat of the truck. Why someone was in the rear seat for a bumper repair I will never know but upon bringing this to their attention, they brought out a pair that wasnt mine and did not offer to replace the ones that were taken. Absolutely horrendous service. Do not use them, seriously, you will thank yourself Service: Body & Trim
