Jason Smith was awesome in settling a medical dispute that had been ongoing for 2 years, regarding a dental office that owed me over $1000 in a refund for work that was never completed. I tried for months to get this resolved on my own, to no avail. Jason spent a lot of time gathering all of my documentation, advising me, writing a letter to the dental clinic, and negotiating a favorable settlement for me. I would definitely use Jason again and highly recommend him!

Jason was amazing from start to finish. He called me personally every time. He was honest, tactful, and always asked my opinion. Truly a collaborative, skilled, and caring attorney. Oh, and did I mention he negotiated a settlement for 4 TIMES the amount of money initially offered to me?! I will definitely use him again in the future.

I assure your readers that I knew Jason Smith Esq. to be very good. After he represented me well on one (1) issue, I presented a few more legal issues in positive and constructive ways (names, photos, research, and narratives). Jason promised me that he would get back. He said my case looked fairly good. He indicated he might move forward on these problems and address them. After waiting a long time, it became obvious Jason ghosted me not once, but twice. Now, I am stuck with ruminating about why he ghosted me. I can't figure it out. Maybe I am a small fish in a big pond. All I understand is that he had become inconsistent and unreliable. After he blocked my texts, I phoned him a couple of times in order to speak with him. When he did not answer, I recorded finally a message: "If I do not hear from you in two (2) days, I will go ahead and seek another attorney." I heard nothing from him. It is discouraging.
