        Marc Anthony Marra was reported to higher areas last evening within the State of Florida. He never reviewed the case folder on Alexander D. Varkas III (AJ Varkas) for the Florida Bar. There are many areas within Federal & State of Florida he is currently being investigated. Varkas runs a bait and switch law firm along with a debt collection scam for Navy Federal Credit Union. Disbarment will occur regarding these high-power entities and their findings. Mr. Marra used your company letterhead to address these issues. This is illegal per the Bar. He will be reported at this time. Mr. Varkas is under review with the FTC and Florida Bar new case for disbarment.

Mr. Marra was appointed and currently serves as Chair of The Florida Bar 17th Judicial Circuit Grievance Committee “I.” In this capacity, he reviewed a specific case, and a decision was made.
