A couple years ago an ex fianc forged a quit claim deed to my condo and then tried to evict me. I hired Winston and paid a large retainer ($3500) to handle the forged QCD and fake eviction. My fiance after advice from his lawyer and after being contacted by a Detective about the fraudulent deed quickly filed a voluntary dismissal of the eviction. Mr Winston then told me the entire retainer was used already when in all honestly he hadnt even done anything but file a response to the eviction and it never made it to court. He didnt make me feel confident to handle the forged deed and I immediately found another lawyer who was amazing and even ended up winning my case and 52k in sanctions for my legal fees. Its been some years and I decided to write my experience because it still bothers me that he charged me $3500 for just a response to an eviction that was voluntarily dropped and during a time I was terrified and unsure what to do.

Winston is my attorney and he did a very good job. The bankruptcy court is for those seeking a clean slate, a “Fresh Beginning”. Winston does very well with loan modifications. Plus he is always available for his clients.
