Leasing and move in experience was 5 out of 5 on all fronts. The team really did go out of their way (even when "No" was an easier option) to be helpful and given moving is such a difficult time, it made our life easier and meant a lot. I would definitely recommend.

After searching for several apartments in Fort Lauderdale I chose Icon Las Olas. I was doing research and found the location was superior among other buildings and the amenities were top notch. I ended up signing on site-unseen with the assistance of Tiffany and Bryan in the leasing office. Being in the real estate business, my expectations were high and the team here did not disappoint. Everything was seamless from the lease to the coordination of moving in. After a five hour flight I finally got to the apartment building and met with Tiffany and Bryan, who are absolutely friendly and welcoming. The professionalism of this group is far superior to anything I've really ever experienced in a larger community. Questions or issues were immediately resolved without hesitation. The level of service the concierge offers is truly outstanding. My dog Harley even got a very warm welcome. I highly recommend Icon Las Olas and commend the management for hiring such amazing personnel.

Definitely one of the best rental high rise buildings on las olas. The location is perfect, youre right in the middle of las olas. The rooftop and amenities are great. Bryan was my leasing agent and he is a perfect representation of the building; professional, attentive, and classy. I searched other buildings on las olas and Bryan really was the icing on the cake to make my decision to move to Icon. Tiffany also assisted in our tours and is perfect at her job. The valet staff, while they are a separate management company from the building, is excellent and maintains the buildings standards. The front desk is 10/10, Bryan at concierge is always alert and caring to the residents. Joss who is in charge of the hundreds of packages per week is awesome. Maintenance is super fast at resolving issues in the building, Ezekiel and Dennis are trustworthy and reliable. And most importantly, the other residents that live at icon are all kind and warm and Ive enjoyed getting to meet so many of my neighbors. I have been here 3 months and can confidently recommend the living experience at icon.

We are set to move in next month and so far are very impressed by the service at the Icon, specifically from Bryan. He has been readily available for all our questions, extremely professional and very easy to work with.

We are very happy with our decision to move to Icon! From our first tour through living here, Bryan in the leasing office has been nothing short of amazing. He goes above and beyond in being helpful and he was one of the reasons we chose Icon. Even after moving in, Bryan made sure to promptly address any issues that have come up and made us feel like a priority. All of the building staff are so nice and make you feel very welcomed. If you are thinking about moving to a luxury building, Icon definitely lives up to its brand!
