I've recently moved into an apartment here at 4137 end of 2023 and the apartment is a disgusting disappointment:
Toilet is small and water goes over half (high splash)
Workers walk on carpets in shoes speaking Spanish
Tiles are raised, broken and cracked throughout apartment
Has basket ball court on 2nd floor:
------Bounces ball routinely, making "booms"
------Constant thumping vibrations though out the floor
------Doesn't allow peace during quiet hours
------Stomps on the floor throughout the day and night
------Drags furniture on the tiled floor randomly
------No permit with Dania Beach for bounce court
Pipe leaks in master bedroom
Closet doors are off hinges
All taps are falling off the wall in tubs
Apartment had noticeable roaches upon moving in
Company doesn't recycle, everything is loaded into trash
Overall a trash apartment with trash neighbors who won't allow sleep or quiet~!
