South Florida Elite Shuttle - Fort Lauderdale Airport Shuttle

I booked South Florida Elite Shuttle to and from the airport for a business trip. The schedule process was easy and efficient. On pick-up day, I received a text from Jeff telling me he was going to be my driver. I texted him after landing and he was super communicative and descriptive about how to navigate an unfamiliar airport. Once outside, I called him and he stayed on the phone with me until he was able to locate me. He loaded my luggage into the car, and got me to my destination quickly and safely. On the day I was leaving, I again received a text from Jeff telling me that he was on the way. He arrived promptly for my scheduled pickup and got me to the airport with plenty of time before my flight. I had a great experience with this company. I will definitely use them again for any future travel needs!

We travelled in a group of 22 from FLL to Miami Cruise Port and back a week later....and we could not be happier with the outcome of the service we got......The team at South Florida Elite Shuttle ticked every box in terms of service, communication, punctuality and being flexible as we were at the mercy of Cruise ship scheduling.....Thank you and we will definitely be working with you again for our next adventure.....

Yesterday was our second time using South Florida Elite Shuttle (SFES) for transport between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Every aspect of the service was prompt, courteous, and professional. SFES was even flexible enough to adjust to our schedule when we were delayed exiting the ship after our cruise. I highly recommend their reasonably-priced service and I will always use it myself!

As people who have never been to Fort Lauderdale we were apprehensive about arriving at the Amtrak station later than expected with a lot of heavy luggage and no taxi waiting for us. I looked online before leaving home and found South Florida Elite Shuttle. I sent a message and was pleasantly surprised when I got a personal call back a short time later. We were assured that we would have a ride regardless of arrival time. I was worried that I might be annoying the driver (Jeff) because the ETA for the train kept changing. He was very patient and understanding. He made sure to be there when we disembarked. He helped with our luggage and got us to our hotel quickly and safely. He was clear beforehand that we would be riding in a mini van. Thats fine; we arent snobbish that way and dont need a luxury vehicle. In any event the van was in excellent shape and as clean as a whistle. Jeff was friendly and easy to talk to. We enjoyed our ride to the hotel. Thank you, Jeff, for a pleasant experience. If we ever find ourselves in the area again we will be sure to contact you for a ride.

We needed a ride to FLL airport and I called and they were able to pick us up in short time and Jeff was a great driver and provided great transportation. They also had the best price to FLL airport.
