      Hello Keith, I'm sorry that put a 2 star review on our site. We know we have to clean your coil and every time we are scheduled to go it is raining. When I went to your home the 1st time I noticed you have very nice wood floors and trust me I don't want to ruin your beautiful floors. We have you scheduled for tomorrow and hopefully weather is dry. I personally dried every step on my way out of your house the day I initially went. We take pride in what we do and definitely take care of everyone's home. I hope once the serviced is done and you see how we take care of your home you reconsider the 2 star because the most important thing in our business is taking care of your home and 100% customer satisfaction.
