Always Available Air Condition

Last August in 2018, we went to my mother's condo in Lauderdale Lakes that had recent cooling issues in the past 2 years in the summer. We sadly had to put her condo up for sale but knew we would need to have the AC working for it to sell during August. Kevin and Luanne came out at the appointment time. They gave some estimates for replacement of the 2 units. However when they went to the roof to inspect the unit, they found they housing had been removed, probably stolen. Also the condenser was corroded and the cooling line had no insulation. They replaced the condenser, insulated the cooling line, and actually MADE a new housing for the unit. The fee was unbelievably reasonable and my mother's condo was as cool as we wanted it in mid-August, and we like it very cool. Amazing service, I HIGHLY recommend them. I only wish they traveled to where we live in Albuquerque, NM!

Please anyone who knows anything. Aug 20 i was expecting them to do some work I was called about 5 telling me they are on their way to us Never heard from them again Kevin has been doing work for us for more then 20 years Never missed his word. Tried all I can to find out what happen to them If anyone know anything please

The best kept secret in air conditioning, I met Kevin and his assistant Luanne on a job that we were both working at. I had an air conditioning system at my house that had many problems,  they had to redo the installation to get it to run properly. Not only did they do that but they changed a few parts that were not working properly and looked up the serial number on the unit and informed me that the parts were covered under a warranty by Rheem. I don't think people  in the A.C business are normally that honest, if they wanted to they could have charged me full price for the cost of the parts and never told me about the warranty.By the way Always Available is the perfect name for this company, Kevin has told me that he can't go home if he knows somebody is stuck without cold air.
