Tristan was awesome. He showed up right when the folks on the phone said he would and made sure I understood what he was doing and why it needed to be done and was transparent with what everything would cost. Of course the ac broke on a hot day, but after an afternoon of replacing parts, he was very clean and quick with everything he did. Of course the best part is my air is now blowing cold again. Will definitely use Fleming bros in the future and hope to get Tristan again.

My fan motor was not working properly. I spent hours on the internet looking for a highly rated repair company and after reading several disturbing reviews for most air conditioning repair companies, I decided to call Fleming Brothers. I had already had an estimate from another company that was more concerned about selling me a new unit and discouraging me from repairing my current HVAC system. Their estimate for repair was ridiculous. The same day, Fleming Brothers sent out their " angel" Tristan. He worked so diligently on my unit to find the most economical solution to the issue. I did have to have the motor replaced, but at nearly half the price of the original estimate from another company, Tristan followed up the next day to make sure everything was working properly. It is rare to find a company and employee that you can trust and have the peace of mind that the job was done correctly. Tristan takes great pride in his work and the company that he represents, he truly loves what he does and looks for the best possible solution.
