I ordered a new AC back in April. The unit doesn’t cool consistently. I have had multiple attempts to get the unit working as it should and either techs don’t show or you leave a message and no one responds. I was also promised a WIFi thermostat that has still not arrived! Buyer beware they are fantastic when it’s being sold but they offer no help afterwards! I wish I could give them no stars! Update: the company has scheduled several service calls and not shown for any of them. I still do not have any of the items promised to me.

THIS COMPANY IS A JOKE!!! 6 service calls later and i still have nothing but problems!! Horrible customer service, employees that do not speak English and unresolved problems that have been occurring for years. If that is what you want to deal with, then this is the company for you. Oh and their review system is based on bribery. They give you an "amazing opportunity to win a free wifi thermostat" if you give them a 5 star review!!!!!

This place does not do the install or warranty work themselves. They have sub par company's that are not authorized repair men to do the work and replace parts with non factory items that only break again and again. Stay away!!! see photo this is what they replaced the TXV valve with.

Poor response, when your air conditioner is installed that's it. Purchased a Rheem 2 in half years ago and we have had nothing but problems . You call them and you dont even get a call back. Not even a thank you but now that we got your money we dont give 2 cents. Run as fast as you can and stay away from this company. They are a RIP off., and scammers .

I had previously left 5 stars and it makes me very sad I have to change the rating for this company. Almost a year and half when I was looking for a brand new AC to buy for my apartment I got estimates from multiple companies the first people that offered me to put the AC was for $3000 for a 2 Ton with 10 years warranty etc they only problem was that I was going through financial hardship and couldn’t afford $3000 right out of my pocket I had to find financing, that’s when I ran into Nationwide HAVC they tell you you can finance them with them hassle free etc plus it was relatively easy to apply so I went for it, they installed it (their subcontractors because that’s what they do) and everything went fine. 1 year and half later I realize I made one of the biggest mistakes in my life what I was told it was going to be a financing ended up being a “lease” the company they use to “finance” is called TimePayment based in MA (look it up on BBB) because I couldn’t finish paying all the $3900 they sold it to me for in 12 months of which I started paying $50 a month now their “financing” company TimePayment is having me pay $155 a month for the next 65 month for a LEASE!!! Yes that’s right a LEASE!!! And if I decide I want to buy the unit after the 65’ ith month I will have to pay extra money. BE VERY CAREFUL before signing papers with this company. What I thought it was going to be $3900 now is costing me $10,000 if that and a lot of stress for my family. We can not afford that and because is a non-cancelling “contract” I cannot do much but hire a lawyer to help me with this mess. Not to mention last week a received a letter from Federal Court for a class action lawsuit TimePayment is getting for shady business practices they’re also known for working and even owning third party companies to run scams like this. I’m already talking to lawyers to see how we’re going to resolve this issue and the financial damage they’re causing to my family I literally live paycheck to paycheck and can’t afford it, it’s totally ruthless and immoral from their part go to BBB and see what I’m talking about. Very much like the Payday loans scam of which there’s a documentary on Netflix go watch it. Update: Nationwide HVAC replied asking to remove this review because to them they don’t have anything to do with the lender/financing company they work with. Sorry Nationwide HVAC but I think it’s your job to carefully choose the lending company you refer to your costumers. Let’s begging with saying they’re not even a financing company they’re BIG time scammers that make people believe they are but then they tell you your actually paying for a LEASE!!!! Not only that they’re known to be working hand to hand with small companies like yours to rip people off; they even own small companies like yours that only have a small office and hire contractors to do the jobs as far as I’ve come to realize from all people’s reviews on the Better Businesses Bureau. Right now they have a class action lawsuit from several people and also now I’m having to hire my own lawyer to deal with my case too. This is a complete waste of time and energy and you guys are to blame too. Things aren’t looking very pretty for them and as for you guys I can’t tell.
