The Source Treatment Center

Randy helped me with a family member who was in a dire situation with his addiction. My family member did go to rehab at The Source for a short time previously, but continued to choose a really sad and destructive path. He answered panicked phone calls all around the clock and came out of his way multiple times to assist in moments of sheer crisis. I greatly appreciated his help, guidance, advice, and support going through one of the hardest experiences of my life. There is no question Randy genuinely cares about the people he works with. I know he'll read this review, so Randy keep doing what you're doing. Your passion and level of care sets you apart. You are truly making a difference and speaking on behalf of the families that feel hopeless trying to help loved ones deep in addiction, thank you for the work that you do.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!MUST READ!!!!!!!!!!!! This place will change your life. As someone who have been 3 other programs for PHP, this is the only one where I feel valued, seen and heard. Not just because of the amazing amenities and top-tier living arrangements, but by every and I mean every staff that makes up the community. From my recruiter which allowed me into program. Bill a man of integrity and equally invested in my recovery. I find my life decluttered and I am now to work on myself. I love that are taken out for AA and NA meetings weekend outings that are learning new sober activities. I have the tools to fight my addiction head on. I am crying as I write this because I am so blessed and I happy because the source has planted a seed and together with staff and our community. I am watering it daily. Signed by the New me

Wow. The Source. If I had more stars it would be infinity, just like the logo represents. The source provides infinite wisdom, experience, love and unparalleled support for EVERYONE and for whatever level you are at in your recovery. All I can do is say wow. Before I arrived, I personally met with staff and they provided me with information around the services and the type of level of care I would receive. Being that this is my first time in treatment, I was very nervous to take this next step. The staff showed me compassion, empathy, support, guidance every step of the way. They were open to feedback, requests and it almost felt like a customized plan to ensure MY success. My first commitment was only 4 weeks and I am now, extending to 6 months and beyond, if I can, because it was not only what I wanted it is absolutely what I needed for my SUCCESS in recovery. Honestly, this has been the absolute best experience in my life. I know that sounds unbelievable that being in Treatment could feel that way. From the EMDR, to my personal 1:1 therapist, to the introduction and assessment, the medical team, the behavioral techs, amazing facilitators, phenomenal group sessions that introduce so many different perspectives and coping strategies - THEY ALL GO THE EXTRA MILE FOR EVERYONE. When you first walk in you are greeted with an amazing smile, empathy and comfort from the front desk/office administrators, the case management team goes above and beyond to ensure that you have support and knowledge on the financial side; awesome collaboration with all! This has been a place of refuge, community and now a family for me. At my lowest point in my life, I feel my happiest and safest here at The Source. I feel this way because I know that everyone involved wants only the best for everyone here. They have created a community of lifelong sober support, recovery and love. It truly feels like a family. The quality of housing and living is remarkable. If I could say anything about the Owners it would be, They live it, they walk it, they LOVE IT, they are Passionate about it, and they TRULY HAVE OUR BACKS. Something you dont normally find in life. , at the Source and I kept extending my journey with them; I dont want to leave LOL. From the therapy, the staff, the resources and wealth of knowledge and experience - The SOURCE is telling the truth! They are INFINITELY SAVING AND TRANSFORMING LIVES. I cant say thank you enough to the Team, the management and the administrators. When I leave - I will be HH 2.0 and I am so excited and appreciative of this journey. Thank you Source for choosing me!

This was my first time to treatment and as you can imagine how overwelmed I was with making this decision to go to treatment let alone which one! I had no direction and a friend heard about this place so I read reviews and when I say my whole experience matched exactly What I read, is an understatement! Randy started it all off by understanding what I had to share on the phone and made me feel at ease by answering all my questions. The entire staff was so welcoming and each facilitator has their own unique way of teaching, and very impactful! The therapists are some of the best Ive ever experienced and care deeply about getting to know you and your healing and finding the right treatment to finally live the life you deserve. Leticia helped guide me with outside care and was such an uplifting light each time I saw her. Bill, truly cares about each person that sets foot in the door and makes you feel like family. I Give credit to EVERY single facilitator for giving me knowledge and tools to be successful! The source will forever hold a special place in my heart and I am beyond grateful
