I had such great expectations from this team and I was let down horribly! First off I get hired from an exwalmart employee which has no knowledge from the trade! And then I am sent to a branch that is well established has no idea for training and doesnt have a clue of what I will run into with the branch I am taking order. Very badly managed institution! Just because they are still in business doesnt mean they are doing the right thing they just have the way to get around the problem and brush under the rug. Sorry Lennox you guys are not as good as you perceive you are from an Ex employee that is not bitter from getting let go but just highly disappointed on very bad management
