Florida City Utility Billing

CHRIST!!! , this is the worst service, the worst office, and the worst customer service ever. City OFFICIALS should dig into this. They are not willing to help you. They never pick up the phone and their arrogance and that attitude when you show up to their office is a disgusting experience. CITY officials please do something about this before you reaches TV News; change your personnel, call IN yourself sometime so youll see there theres never an answer.

Horrible.....just moved to Florida city from homestead. I was afraid to move in florida city but no choice because of rent market prices low than homestead. change and scared to live in florida city since living in homestead for 30 years. I could say I judged florida city for being dangerous but my neighbors and people around my neighborhood is the best people than living in homestead by all Hispanics and white people. Is disappointing that the florida city mayor don't have a website for customers to check utilities account,payment and status like fpl. I believe florida city mayor is a crook like florida city police.

They never mail bills on time, they don't read meteri they guess. On my street. The guy does not like the area. He needs to be fired

I wish I could give them zero stars, the worst part about moving to Homestead was dealing with the Florida city water department. For the past four months I havent received a bill nor have I been able to view my bills online. Their excuse to this is that they are redoing their website. Why is it taking 4 months to get this website redone?! In order to find out how much I have to pay for the month I have to email random people that I find on their website because I cannot get a hold of anyone on the phone. Every month my water bill comes out more and more expensive. No reason or explanations why. They REALLYYY need to get it together, something needs to be done, a change needs to happen ASAP.
