        I had an appointment for 9:15 am to put on 4 new tires. I got checked in at 8:50. I received a text before 9:30, stating my car was ready for pickup. WOW! GREAT JOB GUYS.

        These are our go-to guys for tires in Fleming Island! Honest and very accommodating, great customer service and great prices for quality tires! The certificates/warranty and repair, balance and rotation programs are the best we have experienced.

        I live in jax beach, dropped son off In Fleming island for school and noticed immediate air loss in one tire. They opened at 8am, no appointment, and look slammed busy already, fixed my flat and rotated the tires, and got me out less than 30 min. I love all discount tire, but this location was clean kept, all employees awake and well kept uniforms, snd there system looked very efficient handling all customers. I am very pleased and will return to this specific discount tire. Thanks Colton and Victor @ Fleming

        Got new tires installed a few weeks back and noticed the next day that my low tire light warning was flashing. After research I learned this could point to a damaged tpms sensor. I called location and spoke to someone and was told to bring it back when I could and they could pull tires and inspect for damage. Scheduled an appointment to take care of this. The gentlemen that came out to review my service immediately stated this was just aged out sensors that needed replaced. I encouraged him to pull the tires and inspect sensors as that was what I was told would be done. He stood by his statement that it was just aged out sensors and could sell me new ones at $60 each. I wish the person I spoke to would have been as knowledgeable as this gentlemen and saved me the time and gas to drive to location for nothing. Or maybe the person I spoke to by phone was more knowledgeable than this gentlemen and realized there could be a damaged sensor. Regardless, as many products I have purchased from Discount Tire I believe these tires will be my last. Owner reached out and provided contact info to follow up but it appears to not be a valid contact. Please reach out to me to follow up. My contact info is on file with Fleming Island location. Following up. Location manager reached out. I appreciate that they took the time and initiative to resolve issue.
