We needed to relocate from the West Coast to the Jacksonville area on very short notice. We first talked to Glen on a Friday and a couple of hours later he sent us a list of prospective houses. On Saturday he conducted virtual tours of 5 of these homes with us, and on Monday we put in an offer on one of these homes. In this very competitive market, knowing that there were other offers on this home, his expert guidance led to our offer being accepted. The whole process was done remotely, we didn't have time to fly out to JAX and be personally involved, so we put an extraordinary amount of trust in Glen. Well he earned every bit of it and more. The whole process went smoothly and he personally arranged and oversaw every aspect of all of the actions necessary to purchase a home. We've just moved in and the property is perfect for us and we couldn't be happier. Glen is the consummate professional and the best, most efficient agent that we've ever been associated with. We cannot recommend him highly enough. We have a daughter and son-in-law that will be in the market for a home in a few months and wouldn't think of using anyone other than Glen for them.
