This review took me time to place. Not because I was dissatisfied, but because I was so impressed. There were other realtors that were highly recommended and experienced, but we didnt hit that vibe. I found a connection with Yahira Montano of Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty. From our first face-to-face, we were in step. She got this real estate surfer into actual houses, walking properties, envisioning a home. She organized my short list quickly and without error. In the end, I bought my house just days after walking through the front door. If or when I purchase another house, Yahira will be my first call. If you are shopping for a realtor Stop! Call Yahira.

My experience with their Rental Property Management Manager was unpleasant. No follow through, did not do what they said they would. I would never recommend.
