Petco Grooming

I took my dog in to get his nails trimmed and buffed. (I used to let them bathe him but he never smelled like he had a bath when I picked him up.) The groomer said that she couldnt cut his nails, she could only buff them. She did a horrible job as usual. Petco also charges their customers for a nail trim + buff even if they dont perform both services. Shame on them!! This will be my last visit!

Your groomer in fleming island location is horrible and very unprofessional. I had a 1pm appt for my Dog to get groomed when I dropped him off the lady at intake said he would be ready in 3-4 hours. After 4 and a half hours rolled around no call no contact from petco grooming. I called and was put on hold for about 5 mins then call went to voicemail to leave a message. After doing that 3 times my husband called the store for an associate to go to grooming to see what was going on. Once finally able to talk to someone they stated they got backed up with walk ins ( which they also stated take priority over appts) and that my Dog would be ready between 6:45 and 7pm, 2 hours after he was supposed to be ready. No one bothered to contact us to let us know there would be a delay at all. Once my son went to pick up my dog at 7 pm , No one was at the grooming counter. My Son asked the young man at the customer service counter is anyone back there and he got a response of I dont know. They are probably in the back. My son could see our Dog sitting there in cage. The young man at the customer service counter didnt bother to offer any type of help. Very unprofessional! My dog sat in cage unnecessarily for 6 hours because of walk ins ? Where Do walk ins ever take priority over Appts. ? If that is the case , what is the point of an Appt? Very disappointed!!
