        I've gotten my oil changed he a few times now. The staff always seems now, but they've always been professional, helpful, and effective. I've usually been in and out with no issue unless a car is ahead of me, but even then, I've been seen quickly.

        I had an issue after a recent oil change and when I went back to see what it was, literally every person there at the time worked on my car to figure out the problem. It was a weird fluke thing, and completely not their fault. As a last attempt at fixing it before sending me to a mechanic, one of the employees left and WENT TO THE AUTO PARTS STORE, bought a replacement part, and the issue was fixed. In the time I was there, I heard at least 3 people say that they had never seen this issue happen before, but that didnt stop them. I was so, so impressed with everyone there, and the manager Brooke is fantastic. This has been our go-to place for a while, but Im never going anywhere else.
