Ray Sjogren, REALTOR

I'm shocked how long it took me to leave this review because Ray is such an amazing realtor! A little less than a year ago, my husband and I set out on this journey to move to land in the mountains. My youngest child was graduating soon and we wanted the perfect place to settle for this next chapter of our lives. I started looking online very early. We lived in Georgia and I was looking in Tennessee. I even had a realtor in Tennessee, but then I stumbled onto this Zillow listing for a farm in Kentucky. I quickly found a realtor in Kentucky. Knowing nothing about the area, I reached out to Ray based on a lot of research, none of which included geography, unfortunately. Ray immediately got on board with showing us the property. The selling realtor was hard to reach and even harder to setup any viewings. Ray was finally able to pin her down and setup a time to see the property. At the time, I didn't realize that this property was an hour and a half from Lexington. I also didn't know that Ray was going to check out the farm ahead of time. When we first came into town to view the farm for sale, Ray met us early in the morning, even with his long drive in. We immediately loved the farm. We even got our truck stuck in the mud while riding around the property and Ray rolled up his sleeves and helped push the truck out of the mud! This farm was an inherited property for sale. This added complications as there were multiple sellers involved. Ray navigated these issues for us and stuck with us during the entire process, even when his part was complete. So, long story, slightly shorter, Ray Sjogren is an amazing realtor and great guy! I would recommend Ray to anyone that is looking to buy or sell a house. Ray made it very clear that he wanted what was best for us... not just the biggest commission for him! I could probably go on and on about my recommendation for Ray Sjogren, but I will just leave it at this: Ray Sjogren is an amazing realtor in Kentucky. I know he's in Lexington mainly working on residential homes, but he served as an amazing realtor in Lee County Kentucky. He also turned out to be a great Farm Realtor and a great realtor that navigated difficult inherited property selling!

Ray was very helpful from start to finish as I was a first time home buyer. He listened to what it was I wanted and need. Ray was open to showing me multiple houses and also helped negotiate the best deal possible. Would recommend his services to anyone in the market!

Ray was GREAT!!! He worked with me for 6months to find the perfect home for me and my son!. He went WAY above and beyond for me. Helped me with the approval and everything! Best realtor around! Thanks Ray. I LOVE my home!

Ray never fails to go above and beyond for his clients. We have purchased two homes through him and he never failed to accommodate to our schedules and persevere through this crazy market to help us find out home. If you don't use him you're really missing out on a great relator!

I had a fantastic experience with Ray. He is very client focused and a hard worker. He is easy going, friendly, attentive, and always went out of his way to be accommodating to my requests, no matter the time of day. Ray is also very knowledgeable about the market and was happy to spend his valuable time educating me to help me make more informed decisions throughout the process.
