Ive been taking my Yamahas to Sam for over 20 years. Never had the first issue. Great service and great communication. Highly recommended if you need service.

So far odds been a good experience. Jack Eck (salesman) has been the point of contact, and he's been great. Tere were a few issues and he's corrected them in a timely manner. He's been willing to come to our marina son that we wouldn't have to bring the bust to them for a new bimni top, and there apparently was a "scuff" on the engine cowling that I didn't notice, and he's picking that up having it repaired and bringing it back to the marina. That goes above and beyond the service I expected. Honestly you don't get that these days, usually once you buy it they forget all about you. Jack has even called or text to see if we're enjoying the boat. Not sure when or if I'll be getting another boat any time soon (unless the boss says so ) but I will definitely go back there again especially if Jack is still there. Also going through the finance parts wasn't a bad experience either. We all know how bad that can be. Great experience all around
