So far my experience as been pretty dreadful. Dont expect much in the way of communication. And dont ever expect them to take the time to spell your name correctly on anything. No matter how often you try and correct it. You are literally a number to these people and nothing more.

Ocean Breeze Condos has been using Vesta as their property management company since many of the owners do not live on property. We have a local office with an office manager and a CAM assigned to our community. We reached out to both on 8/13/23 due to gushing water from a reported unaddressed leaky pipe on 8/7/23, yet no answer.
We were informed that Ginger, as our Regional President, had requested that we stop emailing her as we had in the past by our local manager. I responded that I would as long as they replied to us. Yet, this leak was brought to their attention and was left unattended for a week. Our owners, that do not live in the area, had to address the leak because they did not respond. Could someone please explain how we get things done?
