        Called in on a Saturday afternoon to the after hours line for a septic tank issue at one of our rental properties. They took my name and number for the on call tech to reach out when he was available. Had a call within the hour from Mike. He was able to pump out the tank and resolve our tenants issue all within 2 hours of my initial call. Great communication, response time, and above and beyond service. Thanks Mike and CJ Bass Plumbing for saving me on a Saturday.

        Noah and Mike came over after my upstairs shower leaked through the kitchen lights. They were polite, informative, and efficient. Noah even fixed my dishwasher. I would highly recommend them.
