My wife and I have been trying to get a mortgage for the 7 years we've been married. And everytime we have always been disappointed and rejected. So recently I came across a tiktok for mortgage solutions and thought "why not be disappointed again" and applied. A couple phone calls later and we were approved! We worked with Bob Morgan and he was quick and diligent with everything. We were in a pretty bad living situation and they weren't going to have us close until 2 months after approval. With Bob's quickness we were able to close on our dream home within a couple of weeks! If you have bad credit history, but are on the right track to building up.
