Recently Amelia Outdoors installed an extended attached paver Lanai with an outdoor kitchen and large screen enclosure. Also, extensive landscaping was installed to compliment the addition. Our goal was to create an outdoor oasis for alfresco dining and relaxing while affording us privacy from out neighbors. Paul Davidson, principal of Amelia Outdoors and his staff exceeded our expectations. We are thrilled with the result. Paul was responsive to our needs, worked hard to please and made meaningful suggestions which ultimately improved the end result. To the person each of the trade people was expert in his area, had good communication skills and was a quality person. There all were most welcome in our home. Paul seemed omnipresent during each phase of construction ensuring that all was done properly. Pauls follow up after the sale has been wonderful. In the unlikely event there is a question in the future I have no doubt that it will be addressed in a friendly and professional manner. To some outdoor contactors our project might be considered a small job. That was definitely not the situation with Paul. You would think this lanai was going on the back of his house. If you contemplate an outdoor build whether a small lanai or a large pool with all the accessories please consider speaking with Paul Davidson at Amelia Outdoors. Im confident you will be impressed.

Amelia Outdoors was a pleasure to work with and exceeded all of our expectations. Paul Davison is a true professional and expertly handled our project from conception and design and every phase of the project. Ryan was also fantastic at keeping things on track day to day and keeping us informed of all the details. Unlike many contractors we have dealt with in the past, Amelia Outdoors kept this project moving and on schedule from start to completion. We absolutely love our pool, spa, screened enclosure and the ease of controlling everything with a phone app! We would wholeheartedly recommend Paul and his outstanding team to anyone considering an outdoor project!

Paul and his team at Amelia Outdoors designed and installed a beautiful resort style pool and spa at my new home. It is everything I dreamed of and more! Paul escorted me to pools Amelia Outdoors has installed and worked with me to choose materials and finishes that complimented my home and yard. From start to finish, Paul and his team have kept me informed of progress, next steps, and have responded in a timely manner with all communication.
