They work well and are great to my dog. Their hours can be a little confusing but they answer the phone so it makes it easy. 10/10 I will bring my dog here.

Our dog Misha stayed here for 3 days and it was such a good experience! Everyone was so nice from the time I booked it until we picked her up! I loved the daily personalized report cards and pictures and seeing her playing outside with the other dogs. We even got a bag at pick up with a certificate, sunglasses, and a frisbee! Thank you for taking good care of our pup! We will certainly be back!

Our dogs are treated like family at Hot Paws The staff is loving and sweet and very knowledgeable. The owner and manager are two of the very best! We never have to worry about Tater and Moose when they are in their care, whether it is for daycare, extended stays or grooming we know they will get the best of attention and care. We are truly grateful to have them here on Amelia Island. Bruce and Gina

I have never had a bad experience thing 3 generations of pups. My dogs get excited when we're a the car and say, Going off to Hot Paws! Also a great grooming session.
