Great customer service. Rented multi bikes multi times. The 1st time a storm came in about 15 minutes into the ride. They called an asked if they needed to come and pick us up. We made it back fine. Talk about going above and beyond. They can't control the weather but they are willing to do what every takes to make it right. We ended up renting more bikes multi times doing our stay on the Island. Looking for to our next trip down.

I called several ebike and other rental stores around the island and Amy @ Pedego was extremely responsive, knowledgable and patient; answering several preliminary questions and reassuring when I was concerned my son would not be able to ride a bike of his own. She said she would access his readiness and as along as he's comfortable riding a bike, he should be fine. When we arrived, Amy was accommodating and welcoming and immediately engaged my son in casual conversation that I could tell was part of her assessment. She took the extra time to make sure the bike seats were customized to our individual leg lengths and allowed us to test drive the bikes to get a feel for the throttle and weight variables. AMY WAS AMAZING! Our bike ride was EPIC and when we had issues with the bike lock and battery she came right out to find us and bring us whatever we would need to keep rolling. I COULDN'T RECOMMEND PEDEGO AMELIA ISLAND MORE!! Thanks again Amy! Your service is second to none!
