        Our 2nd floor unit was not working. Charlie came and quickly diagnosed the problem, The part was ordered and Charlie returned, installed the new part. Charlie was very efficient and a very nice young man.

        We tried a few other HVAC companies before finding Milts. We have the maintenance contract with them and theyve always been reliable, knowledgeable, and fair. I came home yesterday and the house seemed warm and quiet. Sure enough, the a/c wasnt on. I called at 6:13 p.m. and Charlie arrived at 6:48. Whaaat?!? After a very thorough investigation, he confirmed the problem. The new part was ordered, picked up from Jax, and installed by Seth less than 24 hours later. Highly trust and recommend Milts!
