        The Staff at this Property is more than wonderful and Amazing Words cant explain how they treated me Im so glad I made this move Jay Ebony and Elizabeth you guys rock love love

        If you are wanting to be without water through out your whole day. Get moved in to a roach infested apartment without them properly treating it go for it . Upon my stay here it has been nothing but problems with everything . Walls are paper thin, you can hear everything the people next door or even across the way are saying . Doors broken . Appliances messed up . People loiter in the apartment and makes the property look bad just having people with no place to go walking and lingering around. I was told my rent for a 2bd will be 1500 i am paying almost $1900 for the most low down unit I have ever been in . Hidden fees like no other.You can smell the cigarette smoke coming through the walls its the first thing you have to inhale in the morning going to use your bathroom !!!! Its horrendous . Office called ask my reason for not renewing . We told them and on our exit document when it asked for reason of leaving , they put reason undisclosed .. like really ??? So you are lying on documents as well . Dont waste your time . But if you looking to just get somewhere and hide and dont care . Go for it . This place should be torn down . Stop putting a big bandaid over this place and TRULY do something about it . Dont renew if you dont have to. 1 year and I can say Im glad to wash my hands with this place .

        Lived here for one year out of desperation, not worth at all. Our neighbors have been messy and we have a roach problem because of it, the ac wasnt working for a good 1/5th of our stay, the washers and dryers were always broken/gross, and now there are like 50 dead bees in the laundromat. Thank Christ im moving.
