Ren Stanley is an amazing fly fishing charter captain. He got me many shots at Tarpon and I was able to land one. He is also great company, super chill, willing to share tips and advice, and knows the area like the back of his hand. I learned so much from him in just a day of fishing. I have already booked and am looking forward to May 2023 if I haven't given enough positive praise! Thank you Ren!

Ren is the type of guide you want when Tarpon fishing. Hes clearly done his research and knows where the fish are under any conditions. Hes very instructive in a positive and non-intrusive way. I learned some tips that will make be a better angler, and we caught more fish because of it. In fact, I had one of the best days Ive had tarpon fishing with Ren.

Picking a guide is not easy, theres a lot to consider. A few of the questions I always ask are: Is he safe? Is he fishy? Does he genuinely want me to catch fish and willing to work hard to do that? Does he know the area? Ren is a 10 in all of the above, but the reason that I come back year after year is b/c of his contagious enthusiasm. Ren has found his Zen and he is very willing to share it with you to make sure that your experience in the Everglades is everything you expect it to be. -Chance C Arkansas
