        I have use this company to perform the door blower test, also known as a leakage test for all my projects as it is a requirement for Miami Dade County prior to obtaining certificate of occupancy. I must say that by far on all the properties that I have utilize to services, the gentleman is extremely punctual, professional, and very reasonable on the pricing something that, unfortunately, you do not see any more with many other trades. I would highly recommend him to anyone who is in the construction industry to utilize his services, again it is a requirement from Miami Dade County, you will be completely satisfied.
