Had a clogg between my exterior clean out and septic tank. Called on a Sunday, they were here in about one hour. Clog was removed and all is good.

I found Viking on Google and called them to arrange a sewer line inspection and scope on a 100 year old house I am planning to buy. The next day I met Charles at the property. We were able to locate the main sewer line and with his equipment, Charles was able to locate and scope the sewer line from the house to the septic system. Using his hi tech equipment we were able to identify a few problem areas, and he also snaked thru an obstruction in the line. Overall my experience was very good. I appreciated Charles professionalism and ability to explain his findings in great detail. I would definitely be using Viking for all my future plumbing needs. Highly recommended.

Charles has gone and above and beyond my expectation. * He helped me investigate the water leak problem that flooded the whole first floor of my house and caused the severe damages to drywalls, baseboards, and furniture. He identified the root cause as the bad build & configuration of the irrigation pipelines allowing reclaimed water to escape into my house. This was a major ordeal and several thousand dollars of damage to my property. Now, I know where the culprit is, and I have the ammunition to go after the builder and/or HOA responsible for this. * There was also another water leaking problem costing the water bill at my house to go up to $700 a month due to the leaking of the toilets called "ghost leaking" Some unscrupulous operators could have talked me into replacing a new toilet, which would have costed me so much more to solve this issue. He spent time troubleshooting it and rebuilt the toilet to ensure that the problem is permanently fixed. I could go on longer writing this review because he has done several projects for me already. But, I am running out of space. Charles is the right guy I found and trust when it comes to plumbing. Thanks Charles!
