I never thought I would have to reach this point, since no situation had happened directly to me. I want to share my experience, as a mother of an autistic child who is almost 3 years old. I recently left my child at the center, taking his therapies as I regularly do. When I return to pick him up, I realize that my child is outside the center with PT Ernesto. As soon as I see him, he tells me that it is not yet time to take him away since the therapies have not yet finished. While he talks to me I stay thinking and ask myself what is my son doing outside the center if for me to understand his therapies are inside. I proceed to park and wait for him, he takes my child across the street to a small park with a lake in front (which was strange for me), I decide to keep an eye on how the therapy goes in a different environment. I noticed that my child was walking freely, while he was quite far away from him and also working on his cell phone. At one point the boy ran away and reached the bridge that gave access to the lake (which had no security) and several people realized that there was a child running without supervision who could fall into the water and they began to run towards him. Immediately I saw the hustle and bustle, I got out of my car and ran towards it, thinking the worst. It is such a big oversight that it could have ended in a tragedy. I want to mention again that all this happened while he was on his cell phone. As soon as I confronted him, he only responded, I told the boy who was running very fast not to do that again because there were crocodiles there that ate children. He told him that I want to take him because of what just happened and he told me that I couldn't take him because of the time and that next time I wouldn't look for him ahead of time. I told him to let me sign as evidence that I should take him but Since the therapy had not been completed, he told me that the tablet was not working and that I should indicate my initials so that he could then sign for me. Which he should not do, it is illegal. I immediately notified the center and they did not contact me until 2 days later. I report everything that happened so that before leaving your children they investigate, because our children deserve responsible professionals who provide them with security at all times.

We had a fantastic experience with Little Champions Therapy and Services. The staff was welcoming and professional, tailoring the therapy sessions to our child's unique needs. Effective communication was a strong point, and we felt like part of the process. Our child has made remarkable progress in social skills and confidence, in addition to the areas targeted by the therapy. We highly recommend Little Champions to other parents seeking quality therapy.

Is so sad for me to even write this review but as an autistic mom is my responsibility. My son has been in little champions for over 2 years and has had a lot of improvement with mrs Derly ms Kara ms Elizabeth, mr zayne, ms Kim, Ms Olivia Hanna and many there are so many good therapists. But there is that one and Im referring to PT Ernesto who treated my son occasionally and decided to leave my son alone in the main office. My son is autistic non verbal and has no danger awareness. When I went to pick my son early I found my son alone in the bathroom eating hand soap with no adult supervision I waited almost 10 min for someone to show up no one did, took my son home and no call or anything from center.Waited after 12 days I brought it to attention and spoke to Sary she replied not to be able to see cameras and when ask Ernesto why he left my son alone he said he didnt but couldnt remember the person he left him with. Lies and more lies came till this day no explanation. A couple of days another complaint with him came up him taking another kid around 3 years old to lake across from center and will not be aware of what the kid was doing looking at his phone this kid ran all the way thru the bridge being in danger to fall in water. The kid brought attention to people there and Ernesto was alerted. All this happened while he was on his phone not taking care of this kid a complaint was made again and nothing has happened. This is to alert parents to be careful with this careless therapist. Please investigate carefully who your child is with. This incident couldve end really bad.
