        Steven came to my home to install a new modem and connect all my devices to it wirelessly. He was prompt, and the price was fair. Whenever I have computer issues, Phoenix is my go to place ! I trust them !

        The reviews here are bogus. These guys were to fix a simple power switch. Instead they allegedly found other issues and after job was done, computer crashed . I returned and they came back with silly reasons for my issues. In the end computer crashed again and when I brought it somewhere else I was told they did not restore the operating system or clean the computer correctly making an amature mistake. Had to get a new unit after I lost faith in their ability. Similar reports from my neighbors so the great reviews are suspect. Check out their response! They denied doing what they did!!

      Mr. Bosch, I just cross referenced your name with the person who is trolling Phoenix's Facebook page. You required a new power supply, and a stick of ram. Both of which tested bad. You never requested nor did you at the time, (2 years ago), need a reload of your operating system. Nor were you charged for it. Please contact me at 352-308-8353.
