    All of the staff is extremely kind, but Caitlin our property manager definitely goes above and beyond. She is constantly working her hardest, and always trying to better our community. If you have any problem she will take care of it. You can tell she genuinely does care for the residents and our community. Thank you Caitlin for helping us sign our third lease!

    Ive had a couple of maintenance issues. Needed a new bathroom sink, my AC unit in my bedroom leaked a bunch of water and my washing machine hoses needed tightened and adjusted. But maintenance has been very good to fix any issues in a timely manner. The office staff are very courteous and genuinely listen to any issues going on. Thats what matters to me most.

    Thank you Catilyn for taking care of these issues! I know you have a lot of fires to put out and you are doing a great job!! We all appreciate your commitment. Looking forward to the new bedroom carpet!! It has been 5 months since I report the ac smells like mold and mildew and to date the have refused to even have it cleaned/serviced or replaced. There has been problem after problem since I moved in and have spent my own money to fix several things. I though with the new company it would be different but it is not. If you move here make sure that the ac units do not smell like mold and carefully check every aspect of the unit before you sign anything..even the floors are weak in some areas of the apartments. Everything in these apartments is old and this apartment I rented needed to be gutted and the old company rented it to me just because they were selling the complex and did not give a flip about me or my health. (MOLD!) They would not let me see the apartment until 24 hours before I was to move in and everything was already signed. Because I have been very frustrated and verbal they treat me even worse, like i have no right be be upset. Its like an insurance company that does not want to pay a claim when you pay premiums every month.

    Now that I have successfully moved away. I have no fear of them uping my rent. Because i'm leaving a horrible review!!! I don't know where to start, so start at the beginning. First and foremost, they would not allow us to see the apartment. Before we sign the lease second, there was many problems with the apartment after we moved in that they neglected to fix. The floor was collapsing in. There was a large hole underneath the sink where possums would crawl through. It was infested with roaches and ants. There's several dozen stray cats all around the community. One situation I had with a stray male cat spraying from the roof down to my porch. There was an incident with a dead cat in the crawl space, which caused a odor and flies. Any time we needed something repaired. They neglected work orders for months. I was there for over a year and got barely any help. The pool was never fixed, opened, or safe to swim in. Several neighbors I spoke to have told me stories about not getting any repairs done for years. The ladies that run the office one. In particular, name Karen is extremely rude and demeaning. For no reason. Another young lady in the office was sleeping with one of the male co-workers in vacant apartments. I'm not making this up a neighbors left a note on said male co-workers car about thier noise. Our biggest problem with the whole community is that it is down right just discussing!!! I'd advise anyone, especially someone with children. To not rent from here they are slum lords. If you don't believe me just Google their reviews. Also I Guarantee if there are any good reviews its definitely from someone who works there.
