My daughter who is a college student was approved and excepted at this apartment complex. I helped move her down from Pennsylvania with everything she had in a uhaul just before college was to start. She was to sign the lease that day.The management update the income level to $7000 for the month. Now unless you are renting in Naples or Manhattan your income and being a college student will not be $7000 a month. This management is scamming people and these apartments are not worth that amount for the high rent. When you buy a house they dont ask for three or four times higher the amount of income over the rent. Where does he get off thinking college students make that amount of money and then have them move out of state to leave them homeless. Beware of scammers before moving out of state. Wish my daughter came to me before I helped her moved. Now we are scrambling.
