Fit2Run, The Runner's Superstore

Please DO NOT order for store pickup thinking that you can grab something quickly while on vacation. No where did the website tell me the sandals I needed for a foot injury were not in stock and had to be shipped to the store. Ive wasted hours calling, emailing and texting with zero help from customer service and have already left town. Very frustrating and will likely have to take it up with my CC now. Its been 6 days without help / resolution. Extremely frustrating first experience. :-(

I went into the store last Saturday 03/02. I was highly disappointed with the service I received. I patiently waited to be helped as the man working was in the process of checking someone out. After he finished with that he proceeded to walk right past me and help other people who walked in after me. I even tried saying hello to him at one point to get his attention and he pretty much looked at me and walked away. Overall a poor experience and I didnt get to buy any shoes.

Wednesday evening I drove thirty minutes to the store and arrived at 8:15p only to find store was closed even though web site and Google says it is open to 9p. Staff inside would not come over to the door to talk to me.
