I have been buying from Jared for years. I bought my wifes wedding ring there and have been going back since. We take it in every year to have it inspected and cleaned and seemingly it costs me money every time I go in. (Upgrades, accent jewelry etc.) on our anniversary I bought a very expensive watch for myself and my wife got something else for herself. Since I bought the watch it never kept the date, it jumped dates forward. Not fell behind, it jumped. We sent it back several times to the manufacturer, but it always did the same thing. After several times, Nina Brzobohaty told me if this does not fix it we will look into replacing it. I was relieved with her saying this, as we had already been sending it in, and spending this kind of money on something and it not working properly was frustrating! I have lesser expensive watches that work flawlessly! Needless to say it came back and still skipped the date. I called Nina and arranged to have it sent back for a replacement. They no longer sell the exact watch so she told me she could not get the same one. Nina went out of her way to not only replace the watch, but to get the same one, at no cost to me! Nina has cemented my relationship with not only Jared, but the Coconut Point Jared, and as long as she is there I will deal with no one else!! Thanks Nina!!

Great experience all around. Nina was so helpful. They definitely want whats best for you. More of a selection compared to other stores we visited.

Nina and the staff have been taking care of our jewelry needs for 9yrs now and we couldn't be happier! We make an appointment due to we live 45 mins away when we have jewelry repairs and warranty services done. They do an amazing job getting us in and out so we don't have to come back. Nina and Tammy are the best. Theyre a breath of air and so so so easy to work with and talk to. The whole store is so welcoming and we look forward to stopping in each time even if its for a good chat/laugh.
