        Despite calling and sending via e-mail, on multiple occasions, all details to properly quote on a new auto policy, after a month of follow-up, the staff at Brunson Agency have failed to respond with a quote. They lack the courtesy and professionalism expected by a prospective new client and I suggest using a different agent for your insurance needs. We have directed our business to another agency that handles Farmer's Insurance.
