Website shows endodontics however no one could help with an infection. I left crying in so much pain and no one seemed to care at all.

My 1st visit there. Hygienist Lianne did best cleaning ever. Dr. Patel did a great job in reviewing everything that they saw. Couldnt be more impressed by service there. Cant forget the front staff. Couldnt be friendlier and more helpful in explaining billing and in getting my old records transferred. Highly recommend this office.

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!! 6 months ago, I went to Estero Smiles, where Dr. Shima told me I had periodontal disease, which was shocking since my long-time dentist in IL never mentioned it. I'm glad I trusted my gut, and waited to find a new dentist because there is nothing wrong with my teeth, gums, or bones. STAY AWAY FROM Estero Smiles and HEAD OVER to Dr Suarez at Dental Care at Grande Oak right in front of Publix on Corkscrew. The office is warm and inviting, and the staff was all friendly and professional. I've had a lot of work on my teeth over the years, which makes Dentist visits a bit stressful. But, I have to say this team made the who experience enjoyable. I even got a new patient gift as I was leaving.

BE AWARE!! Horrible dental office, cleaning is sub par. They try to take advantage of unsuspecting patients and tries to consistently upsell and pressure you to get additional services that may not be required at that time. After my last visit, I received additional bills for services that I was not even aware was preformed. Checked with my insurance and they also had multiple entries for additional services. Definitely would NOT recommend Oak dental care. Filter through their reviews and you will see the REAL reviews. Completely Unethical place.
