Auto Glass Depot

We were traveling & had a stone crack our windshield after looking at reviews for local repair while in Estero, I called Auto Glass Depot. Very impressed with response time & made to feel like family. Handled our insurance without any hiccups, & fit us In to our travel schedule. Brian & Amy are a great team & I highly recommend their business. Brian has a young man helping with install.. very polite ! And Amy even greeted me with hot tea! Good people!

Called them in the past for a New Windshield installation, the Woman who works there told me she would contact me back about the day and time of the installation and never did. I called back and the spoke with a man whom I presume was the owner and he obviously felt offended because I was truthful about her lack of business ethics and professionalism. The worker then came out to instal the window but it was the wrong one. He then came back two days later and installed the correct window. I then called them about installing a power window regulator in my girlfriends vehicle and the same man who I spoke with I the past who I assume is the owner told me he would call me back. He called me back but had the vehicle model incorrect. He then said that he would call me back again and never did. It going to be two weeks now. Ridiculous this business seriously lacks professionalism in dealing with customers

Brian & Co. are excellent local professionals who, by their kind, ethical and expert conduct, make southwest Florida a better place to live for those with cars. Brian has patiently tracked down and then fixed a painfully persistent rainwater leak in my silver Lincoln town car. He has saved my investment and a car I love and need. Thank you Brian!!!!

Great job Auto Glass Depot! Brian and Amy are quite a team. I needed a specialized windshield where the cost was covered by a dealership. At first, the dealership paid for an equivalent after -market windshield, so I complained that it wasn't the specialized windshield that I needed (no embedded logo) and refused the install. Instead of a huff, Brian and Amy solved the problem by dealing with the dealership on my behalf, thus sparing me that grief. Then next morning Brian showed up with a new OEM windshield. Great solution! I'm thrilled by my experience with Auto Glass Depot! Kudos to Tamiami Ford too!

I would give them 10 stars if I could! I was leaving for Orlando in 2 hours and as I was cleaning my windshield, my rear view mirror came unglued and was just hanging. There was no way I could drive 4 hours to Orlando with no rear view mirror. I called them and they had me meet them at their next job. He glued my mirror back on where we met on the side of the road. I was soon on my way again and able to go to Orlando. Great response time!!! Great service!!! Highly recommended! Service: Window repair
