Id give zero stars if I could. 2 days in a row they offered an appointment time window, we set an appointment, and they didnt show up. Furthermore, they didnt even bother to call in the time window offered. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

Horrible company to deal with, avoid at all costs! Beware Upgraded my breaker box and was having a NEMA 6-50 plug installed. They showed up late, one guy left and then the remaining guy had to stay until 11:00 pm. They installed the wrong breaker box and did not have the NEMA 6-50 plug. They had to come back and did not show up when they scheduled the replacement. Finally a guy showed up 3 days after it was scheduled and did complete the work. After that was completed a circuit kept blowing a breaker. They sent out a rude electrician and called me a liar, saying it was like that. He became very hostile and had to ask him to leave my house. I called and complained about him. I had to deal with three different managers over a three month period as they quit or were fired. They do not return phone calls and scheduling was extremely hard to deal with to get the products I paid for. Very shady dealings and do not deliver what they promise. I also had one of their plumbers come out to inspect and quote some items needing updating. One of their plumbers replaced the service and had me pay him directly. Turns out he did it without the company knowing. I would never recommend them or use their services ever again. I wish zero stars was an option.
